Little did I know that starting running as a freshman in college would not only connect me with the love of my life (Emily - in case you thought running was the love of my life), but also become central in pursuing many things I love.

I love God. I love family. I love running. (not always in that order).

This is a space to share reflections from those three areas. My hope for 2022 is to share at least one story a week. Some will be current, and others memories from further back. Maybe one day I'll write about this picture - Emily and I after she crushed a sub-1:55 half marathon!
